Energy Medicine is the art of using subtle energies, including the meridians and the chakras to revitalize and harmonize body, mind and spirit.

Coaching supports the client in achieving dreams and goals through listening, mirroring, and skilled feedback.

Centering/Energy Coaching is for those who want to quickly center and re-claim their energy and dignity in the middle of crisis or chaos.

Medical Intuitive Counseling

A one or two hour session, in person or by telephone, focused on gaining a deeper understanding of a specific physical/psychological issue through intuitive assessment of the chakras and energy field and internal viewing.

Light Journey Session

A Light Journey is a guided two hour journey into the radiant and transformative realms of healing light. A Light Journey takes you to your spiritual core and helps you realize your spiritual identity. You will learn how to feel the flow of energy through your chakras and meridians and how to interpret what that energy reveals in terms of your health, life's purpose, relationships, career, and spiritual quest. Light Journeys remind us that our natural state is one of harmony and joy. Areas that were once dark, become radiant and cleansed with the light of the divine. Most of us have forgotten that this realm exists and thrill at the prospect of reintroducing it into our lives!

Coaching

Coaching is for those who want to fulfill their goals and dreams with the help of a truly supporting, non-judgmental, confidential partner. Support is provided to affirm dreams, define goals and action steps, acknowledge fears and anxieties, and focus on the positive. The coach holds a space for the client to work from the inside out; to find the well of power, energy, inner guidance and stamina that will guarantee success. The number of sessions is determined by the client's need and may be negotiated at various stages in the process.
