Each teleconference will feature a guided meditaiton along with an introduction to the Great Lakes Bioneers Global Water Blessing on Oct. 19, 2008. The goal is to express out gratitude and acknowledge the richness of both the tangible and subtle nature of water...how it flows through our bodies, hearts and souls as a nourishing stream of spirit and vitality.

We will also look at the expectations society places on "being spiritual". Have you noticed that people around you or you, yourself, have expectations about what it means to be "spiritual" and then become disappointed when you don't live up to this illusory ideal! Expectations are always limiting. Placing everyone else's needs before your own does not make you spiritual. Learning to listen and trust your inner guidance which constantly comes from within leads you on the greatest spiritual quest there is, but it is not about being a perfect saint overnight! Some of the greatest spiritual beings have been great rascals and non-conformists who stir the pot and generate change where there is resistance and complacency!
The heart chakra is a magnificent source of strength, power and majesty. Many confuse the "love" of the heart chakra with something they call "love" but which is really a state of attachment and manipulation. The state of being called "love" by the mystics generates power, freedom and peace. We are free to be in a state of love rather than negotiating who gets and gives love.
