When life gets too hectic and you have just a few minutes to reclaim your sanity, try one of these mini meditations!
You owe it to yourself to take five minutes every few hours throughout the day to slow down, relax, clear your mind and become totally present. You will make healthier choices, feel more positive about yourself, increase your energy levels and reconnect with your intuitive nature. After a while you will find yourself naturally pausing to take a deep breath, regain your composure and become fully present several times a day!
Download the meditations to your mp3 player, to your computer, or just return to this site as often as possible.
Every so often meditations will be added to the site and the choices will increase as the collection builds.
