The spiritual challenges of monastic living are no match for the lessons learned from life’s pervading turmoil and instability!

The gift of 2018 has been learning to surf the waves of chaos churned up in all aspects of life.

Spiritual teachers would be hard pressed to find more ego dissolving and heart opening practices than the ones we are facing daily now. When confronted with so much uncertainty the only place to look is within. Fortunately for us, we were created with a direct connection to our source. We’ve never been separated from it, but it remains hidden until we are taught how to find it. Once we find it, we may notice that it is in disrepair. Like a forest trail that is overgrown, you may need to do some maintenance and repair before it will take you directly to Source.

The gift of 2019 is the gift of healing and ascension. Healing the wounds of the past, transforming the dark heavy energies of a life lived disconnected from Source into the energy that leads to healing and higher consciousness.

This class is a wonderful gateway into the SpiritHeal Teachings for those new to the world of spiritual embodiment, living from center and source, and grounding from heaven to earth. For those experienced in the SpiritHeal approach to grounding this class provides the opportunity to deepen and strengthen your practice. The practices presented in this class are a higher octave/frequency of the ones previously taught.

The Pathway to Center

Built into our energy field is a central energy stream that is the pathway to Source. It connects Earth and Heaven, mind and heart, and body and soul into one brilliant awareness. In this class we are focused on becoming the brilliant awareness that allows us to live in the chaos with a center of grace, peace, wisdom and power.

You will learn to find this central stream of energy and immerse yourself in it’s healing waters, feel it’s peaceful and soothing rhythm, and allow it to guide you to your goal of wisdom and power.

Over the course of six—75 minute sessions, you will learn to find this central stream of energy and immerse yourself in it’s healing waters, feel it’s peaceful and soothing rhythm, and allow it to guide you to your goal of wisdom and power. We will blend physics and mysticism along with meditations, discussion, and activations to awaken your subtle energy awareness.

Fee: $250

Enrollment in this class qualifies as a pre-requisite for The Enlightened Empath retreat.
