When life gets too hectic and you have a few minutes to reclaim your sanity, try one of these free meditation recordings. They speak to your heart and soul in a way that makes you feel sane again.
You owe it to yourself to take five minutes every few hours throughout the day to slow down, relax, clear your mind, and become totally present. You will make healthier choices, feel more positive about yourself, increase your energy levels, and reconnect with your intuitive nature. After a while, you will find yourself naturally pausing to take a deep breath, regain your composure and become fully present several times a day!
Note: Many of these meditations were recorded during ongoing classes so you will hear me refer to “the group” at times.
